The 10th Annual Diabetes Awareness Walk held on Sunday 16th Dec 2007 at Boat Basin, Clifton Karachi.

The purpose of this walk is public Awarness in regards with primary prevevent6ion of Diabetes & its complication.

Participants started coming from 08:00 am onwards and most people had gathered by the time the walk started at 09:00 am. Prominent guests included Dr. Abdus Samad Shera – Honorary president IDF Pakistan. Dr. Zaman Shaikh – Dow University of Health Science. Dr. F.U. Baqai – Chancellor Baqai Medical University, Dr. Massod Hameed - Vice Chancellor Dow University of Health Sciences

Different consultants like Dr.Yakoob Ahmedani, Dr. Amir Riaz, Dr. Shakil Baig and their families along with other doctors and staff of BIDE actively participated in the walk and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
